Please could those running 17" wheels all round please post details of tyre and wheel size as well as offsets and if possible with a pic too?
Will be buying 17's for mine and would like to know what others are running.

Many thanks

Not on my Chim but had these on the Griff (pic in profile)

Ford RS 7 spokes 7.5 x 17 et 35.
215/40/17 front, 245/40/17 rear.

They fit standard cars perfectly without rubbing etc. I had big brakes on the Griff so needed 10mm spacers on the front.

Were these 4 stud or 5?

They look lovely, but in all honestly I am not so bothered about looks - I want some 17 inch wheels in either 7.5 or 8J for track day use, must be 4 stud. Not proving easy so far.

I picked up some second hand Compomotive MO1780 rims on ebay for track use. 17 x 8J, ET33. They're for a V8S but similar to a Chimaera. They fit but haven't tried them on track yet.

I checked fit with an old R888 I borrowed but the plan was Toyo R1R in 235/40. Camskills haven't had stock for a while so I may have to go to 245/40 which seems to have better availability. I'll need to go back and double check whether the wider ones will fit. For the time being it has the standard rims and tyres.

I have Ford RS 7 spokes as well 7 x 17 et 35 all round finished in Ford soft silver paint by Lepsons biggrin

Tyres are 215/40/17 front, 225/45/17 rear.

See profile picture.

I am looking for a pair of 7.5J rims for the rear so I can run some wider rubber but the search is taking a while.

I picked up a set of Peugeot fitment team dynamics pro race 7.5 x 17 ET25, and a set of speedline Turini 8 x 17 Ford fitmet ET35 for total price of around £150 off ebay. Using the pro race on the front with 215/45 and speedlines on the rears with 235/45.
Sprayed up in graphite grey, I think they look close enough a match!
And I have a second set should I want to fit track only tyres.

My profile pic is a 17 inch SP12 on the front. Wearing 215/45 tyres IIRC. 235/40 18s on the back I think.

Most 4 stud 17 inch wheels are 7J.

Not the same wheels but the same size and offset on a Griff so should be the same on a Chim, just fitting big brakes to mine but no spacers needed as my wheels have curved spokes which clear the brakes, the ford rs 7 spoked wheel have straight spokes if I recall right so wheel design should be a consideration also.

Yep, wheel design is definately a factor. 7x17 SP12's (215/40/17) on the front of the Chim and big brakes - no spacers, loads of clearance.

I fitted cerbera wheels to mine with 10mm spacers all round. I had already converted to five stud and Tuscan front brakes.
