Tiredness whilst at work
Discussion
On weekdays, when I'm at work, I get tired really easy - and often can be found yawning every 10 minutes or so.
Not very professional and damn annoying - at the weekends I'm fine - so it must be to do with being sat in an office all day.
Does anyone else feel the same? Or even better, did you feel the same and have found a cure?
I sleep well (I think) and I eat well.. I do weight training 4 times a week, but surely if I'm okay at the weekend this shouldn't be a problem?

I was going to say the same.
Out here in Dubai, we (obviously) have very hot summer temps which reduces the oxygen percentage in the air. When it gets to a certain level, people start to yawn more and I've even had it when it has hit the 50s that I've sort of 'panted' for 30 seconds or so just to try and get more 02 in.

Green Tea will help especially as your weight training and no doubt taking extra protein on board.
It's horrible.

Green tea? Never tried that before. Mum drinks it so there's plenty in..
I wouldn't say the office is stuffy but I'm gonna go open a window.
It'll keep you healthy but more importantly it has caffeine it it lol.

Check what you're eating through the day. Sugar, chocolate, coffee, white bread, white pasta, other refined carbs will give you that energy crash.
None of that tbh.Porridge in the morning with whey protein and fruit juice
Pear or a banana
Wholegrain bagel with tuna
protein shake with mil
nuts
drink loads of water
Diets pretty good. and I'm 20... it doesn't add up
Might try and nail 8 hours of sleep consecutively for a few weeks..

I'd go with the stuffy office then. 20 and you eat that? Live a little. Porridge in the morning with whey protein and fruit juice
