1984, 930 Turbo.

Don't know the car - looks nice, but very poor advert: 'recent spray job' - you'd need to know a lot more than that - bare metal respray? Who did it?
'uprated turbo and exhaust' what, how, when? to make the 0-60 time in the advert of 3 seconds it would need to be a turbo off a Hawker harrier Jump Jet
No top end work mentioned: At 100k miles it might be nearing time for a top end rebuild - budget anywhere upwards of £6,500 from an indy depending upon what they find
But as with all 911's of this age - it's rust, rust, rust
Don't overlook the suspension - that could easily cost you another grand if it's still on it's original shocks (not unheard off)
'needs a little attention' to the interior - could be nothing but for the record a full leather retrim at Sounthbound is around £5,000
Go look and it and go through the 'comprehensive' history with a fine toothcomb, ask loads of questions and get it checked out by a professional inspector.
If it's a good one then £20k is ok
Good luck!

Maybe five years ago a 930 for £20k these days good ones looking at near £25k-£30k+
The first thing to ask yourself, why has this car not been looked after?
If they cannot keep on top of the interior of a 930 condition wise why not?
It does not put much faith in the rest of the car does it?
What else has not been done, top end work £7k+, shocks all round £1k, bushes, bills, service, clutch.
I treat my leather seats every four months, with leather products to keep it in good condition.
So many tired 930's turn up for sale because people buy them and spend no money on there upkeep.
You must spend on there upkeep each year. You can keep the cost down, if you are handy with a set of spanners?
Then sooner or later an owner down the line has to pay £££££ to put things right.
Buy the best you can for the money, you have and have some back up money for the big bill or two that will pop up.

I think the price went up £6k overnight......
You are correct! Advert still totally appalling - if as see ya says this is a good one (advert aside) then the price is now about right, but in my opinion on the evidence we have it's a big 'if'http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/p...
