I wouldn't advise driving around the Brooklands track unless you want to drive straight into M&S or Tesco. There are a few bits left of the banked circuit but mmost has been bulldozed and built on.

I will be going as I live very close too.
Not sure how many cars will be there as it doesn't seem to have been advertised too well.
Even so regardless of how many are there, Brooklands is a fab place.
There may be some hill climbs on Test Hill which is often opened on car events.

Some meat on the bones.....

Just spoke to Charlie, Regional Organiser for PCGB Hants and Wilts. Hants and Wilts have organised a visit to Brooklands, arriving at 11.30ish, lunch in the Bluebird restuarant and a photoshoot on the banking. A few tickets are still available to Porsche Club members -see Porsche Post.

However, there is no reason why anybody can't come along and just pay the usual museum admission (7 or 8 squid) and at least join in a stroll around the museum!! I assume museum caff will be open as usual if you get a bit peckish!

May be there for a while, as will have been out the day before at the 964RS Register visit to JZ Machtech and nearby De Havilland museum(all welcome, BTW!)

Rgds
