Indoor TV Ariel

Can anyone recommend a decent indoor tv Ariel.
I get crap reception at present and due to various reasons I cant have a outside Ariel.

Try and get one from somewhere you can take it back to if it does not work, Argos do a few. If you're in a good signal area then you should be ok, if not you'll struggle, all you can do is try. You may need a powered aerial.
