So i got my notice quite late and not quite the 7 days i should have.
The boss wanted to wrap things up at the end of the month. Thats ok.

I planned to head home this weekend and get the TVR but my first reaction to this news was to just knock it on the head and go home for good tonight. I couldnt see the point in a 662 mile round trip for just 2 days work.

So ive slept on in and had a rethink.....

2 days pay will give me enough money to at least cover fuel costs.

Go home tomorrow (means i milk it for 47 hours this week)
Go 140 miles Chatsworth on Sunday then onward another 222 to Pompey.
Tuesday night 100 miles to cruise out to West Meon Hut then to my sisters in Somerset for the rest of the week.
Friday night 117 miles Peters house (very kind hospitality again)
Saturday morning to Surrey Rolling Road (11 TVRs going upto now)
Then 213 miles to York to camp ahead of racing on Sunday and Monday
and finally 131 miles back home

So probably approaching a total of 1000 miles

Hmmm

Sorry to here the news Derek. Hope that you have something in the pipeline (other than Nitous).
Looks like you have a busy time ahead and a few miles to cover. Hopefully the weather stays good for your journeys.
Take care and good luck,
Jamie

30% uprated. Not quite laugh

I had a proper AP racing paddle that i managed to spin up at Shakey.
At the moment i am running an old JE organic and the AP racing pressure plate but it gives up at 450 lb/ft on the gas. I need another 100 lb/ft to run that 10.
I really need a Mcleod RST and flywheel.... only £916 eek

As soon as i secure a job it will be my first treat smile

Shame they dont do a twin plate clutch, that should take the torque that you want to put through them

The Mcleod RST is a twin plate kit. Heard good things.
Can take 800 bhp and light under foot.
