classifieds service?

So, placed an advert, got put into wrong section, [not by me!] tried to change without success, wrote via given web address and no reply. Where do I go from here? Paid my money and no service as I can see as my ad' has disappeared into a section I didn't know existed/never looked at/don't wish to look at. Classifieds used to be so easy to use and now they're not, simple. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
Can anyone help/advise?

It appears our classified administrator moved it to the correct category (Mercedes-Benz Vito?) the day after you uploaded it.

All seems correct to me. What category do you think it should be in?

I purchased the vehicle this time last year through Mercedes OTHER vehicles and that is where I wanted it placed. Never looked at 'big stuff' and don't wish to either.

Sorry you didn't like my response, but I genuinely thought I was being helpful. All I wanted to know which category you thought it should be in.
