Sad decaying 3.2 in Westminster

Just moved into a flat in Westminster, W1, during the week after transferring my job to London. This is the view out my balcony:

Last taxed in 2008. 116k miles. Interior not too bad but moss growing in all of the panel gaps. Porter says he has never seen anyone go to it in 5 years.

Anyone know it?

It's probably stolen, and dumped, but nobody could be arsed to notify the police.

Isn't there a law that if you maintain something for long enough you become the lawful owner

You should wash one side of the bonnet and polish it really well, so he can see what a tt he is. Go on.

That's a real shame. If the owner doesnt care about it, it'd be nice to e able to find them and make a reasonable off. Doesnt look too bad under all the crap.
