More on my bad brakes

My brakes are pulling to one side. Ive got 4 pots and s discs on the front and there is loads of pad dust on the front wheels. I havent got round to fiddling with it yet, but if a back wheel cylinder has gone, is that enough to cause it to pull?

No, the problem must be at the front, the back brakes do very little work (except when handbrake turning!).
I had a problem with pulling brakes once. After stripping and re-building the calipers, fitting new discs and pads plus checking the geometry, it turned out to be a flexible hose which had an internal split, not visible on the outside, and that hose was swelling locally causing more pressure on one side than the other. I guess the hose would have ruptured eventually. Change to Aeroquip for a permanent fix of that potential problem, although I guess it's pretty rare.
