New Tow Hook

It was time to get rid of my bland off red tow hook ,so I had my shop make 1/4" thick Aluminum one and brush it for a nice effect.

My shop made some extras if anyone needs 1 cheap.

Hope they are stronger than the original aluminium ones as they bend when used and have even snapped

I've not made a carbon one as I'm not sure it would take the load if used.... people dont tend to toe smoothly so there are impact loads in multi directions.... What thickness is yours?

...there should have been a note in the owner's manual: "replace towing eye after use" :
