Something hilarious but bad happened about an hour ago.
One of our cats fell down the stairs (no idea how) and then pissed him self roflrofl
Do you think he's alright as this has never happened before?
He seems to be fine just a tad timid

not getting how a cat falling downstairs and pissing itself is humour at all.

Timid as in hurt and doesnt want to be around anyone? Is it limping, not taking food or water (internal bruising)?

Or does it know you are a heartless barsteward for laughing at it and it doesnt want to be in the same room as you?

How old is the cat? You worry it might be some sort of mini-stroke or seizure.
Keep an eye, but I reckon vet soonish (before you have to pay weekend rates..)

Touchy or what.
our cat normally does silly stuff and it wasn't a dramatic fall just a slip and roll - he does it regularly.
He's fine not limping just being normal, timid as in you walk up to him and he walks away (quite normal anyway) but won't come when called

Well he seems fine now, having his belly tickled on sofa. Still don't understand the peeing?

Sounds like he had a shock & wet himself as his bladder was full

Pepi's done it when I've picked him up before & he's not heard me

This. Poor cat must 've have given himself a proper fright. But as to your question, he doesn't sound like he needs a vet though.
