Seat Swap Information needed

Hello there guys, I have a 1999 'V' Reg Toyota Avensis Saloon. Its the top of the range one meaning its the CDX spec.

The leather seats are looking really tired, so what I wanted to know is as we already have a Hatchback CDX which is off the road and only used for parts. Will the seats from that fit straight onto my saloon one? The hatchback is a W reg.

Also the seats in the hatchback are near enough mint.

Will the rear doors doorcards also fit into the saloon rear doors?
Just wanted to know before I start stripping each one.
