Hardly surprising if it's right.
Bernie wants the amount of money that he's been paid every year for the last decade. Silverstone can't afford that by itself, so put in a lower offer, hoping for mercy.
Bernie thinks: I know, I'll take it to Bahrain or Russia instead.
This will rumble on for months. I can see the teams having a say and this will widen the rift between the teams/manufacturers and the organisers (and Bernie) even more.
One of the first nails in F1's coffin, maybe? Good riddance, bloody expensive single seater series!
