registering a 13 year old Viper....

My 2000 GTS is about to pass it's first MOT with top marks (!), having come from USA recently, but i'm getting stuck on the next stage: the V55/5 form to get registered....do i need a type approval form/cert/etc? I have no 'certificate of conformity' and know it doesn't need an IVA test as over 10years old, but info on www.DVLA is almost non-existant on old imports
...any ideas please?

MOT, insurance, proof of ID, title and customs paperwork is what you need.

On the V55/5 where it asks for either IVA certificate number or CoC details just write N/A.
