Wanted - A standard rear can!
Discussion
I've got one standard pipe but the other had a hole in the carbon and had been sleeved so I binned it. I bought a set of powertech silenced rear cans but don't really like the harsh noise they omit and would like to try out a pair of standard cans to see if they tone it down a bit. It's de-catted so don't want straight throughs I think its tooooooo much!
Once I get my car back in a week or so then I'll have a pair of standard cans that you're welcome to pop down and try for a bit to see what they're like. I prob can't sell them as they're my "quiet" cans for trackdays etc but you're welcome to test for a couple of weeks that that would help!
Odd that the powertech cans are harsh, if they have perforated pipe inside then then can't be much different from the standard cans I would have thought?
eta: I know of another pair for sale around £80. They're in my garage at the mo infact. The carbon has gone a little bit brown but apart from that they're in good condition.

Thanks Dave, it'd be good to try some at least. I know when I put one standard can on it sounded different even on idle. Would you send me a text when you get the car back. I'll deffo pop down, it'd be good to see your car and hear your new exhaust system too!
