Cheapish Heart Rate Monitor Suggestions

Looking at buying a cheapish heart rate monitor to use whilst doing Insanity to try and get a handle on how many calories its burning.
So, obviously a HRM with calorie burn function is required, also want one with a coded strap so if I use it in the gym theres no potential for getting confused by other people's signals.
The Polar FT4 looks good, is there anything out there at the same or lower price point I should consider?

I've got a Polar, a Garmin and the one that came with my treadmill. They are all much of a muchness. The Polar strap works with my treadmill, the Garmin doesn't it only works with the GPS watch it came with.
As for locking them to the treadmill you are on; I've never seen this feature, but their range is very limited. When I used to go to the gym sometimes I would see my heart-rate coming up on the treadmill next to me but not always. If I run towards the back of the belt on my tradmill sometimes it loses signal. So, unless everyone in your gym is wearing a HRM band I doubt you'll have a problem.
The time you might notice odd heart-rates is at the start of a race when lots of people are all crowded together.
They aren't the most comfortable thing in the world and I find them a bit restrictive.
I found going back through the data on my (admittedly cheap) Polar a bit tedious, that's why I bought a Garmin so everything can be transferred back to a PC. The latest/more expensive Polars probably do this now.
