help planning the honeymoon-eurohoon.

what can i say, i'm a lucky bloke 
the other half has allowed me to plan our honeymoon this summer & as we've both enjoyed a good eurohoon over the years we're going ahead with the plans for this august 
a few things are fixed in place so far, but i'm open to suggestions & if this thread is popular i'll keep updating our destinations so there's a full plan for folks to copy if they want to.
this was how our easter one went if you want a feel for the type of thing we like:

i'm looking for of course interesting roads but also interesting places, laura isn't totally averse to car stuff but basically we just want a cracking couple of weeks. long stints in the car aren't too bad if they're on mountain passes where we can stop for picnics etc but i'd rather do with out 7 hour slogs on auto-routes.
i'll do another post with the dates & that way if you want to copy & paste ideas or destinations you can do & we can figure out the best routes.
so far i'm thinking of getting into europe via zebrugge simply as we want to spend the last 2 days in brugge however this isn't booked yet so isn't set in stone. i'll write in bold all the destinations as they're booked, we've only got one place so far.
