Morning

I'm coming to the end of a 2 year graduate programme and have been told they want to keep me on, I'm already in talks about a job etc

I'm on a fairly standard graduate salary, the company generally pitches themselves at market average salary and then a company and personal performance bonus on top, OTE 10%.

I can google similar job titles for an idea of salary but it seems to vary a lot.

Would you expect me to be paid the going market rate for the role or still below as a recent graduate, all within the same company.

Any help appreciated.

Maybe not worded so great. I'm being paid the average market rate for graduates.

As for my sector, I'm Masters degree qualified and the rest is all experience and on the job training. I've done courses funded by work to meet that.

Anyone got experience of making the jump internally from a grad scheme?

Our finance grads typically go from £27k to £38k + £5k car allowance.
However, just doing 3 years on the scheme and passing exams doesn't guarantee it.
A role needs to ba available and also they get calibrated against tthe rest of their intake to decide whether theyre ready or not.

Is that salary the same as anyone else or still reduced as a recent grad?
