Is there a TVR I should be looking at for 15 bags?

Found 15 bags behind the sofa and fancy a TVR, any recommendations for a first venture into the marque please chaps?

Do you want a v8 or a s6 soundtrack. ?

You can get a decent car for that money a Tuscan would be a good choice if you can get one that has had an engine rebuild for that money. Cerberas are good value, it is a hell of a car for the money and 15k should get a SP6 engined newer model around 2001 or an older V8.
Or go for a Chimera for around 10-12k and spend a few quid getting it the way you want it.

Don't forget Tamoras, often thought of as the most undervalued of the marque. Full convertable might be good if we get a propper summer.

you could try fernhursts. not that far from you and they seem to have quite a few v8s in your range at the moment. they are giving pretty good warrantys with them too, which is well worth having.

They are all special of course, but you need to try some and work out which model best suits you. Old school crossplane V8, flat plane V8, straight six? Convertible, hardtop or targa? There are so many options that it's impossible to make an argument without an element of subjectivity.

Them or Racing Green in Ash Vale. In my experience both quite happy for you to do decent length test drives (let them know you are coming).

Beware the almost mystical powers of the guys at Fernhurst though, it's almost impossible to leave there without having bought a car!

I normally prefer the newer models but even I have to admit that is stunning.

this. i drove out of there with a purple cerb once, having taken my chimaera in for them to estimate some work on!

If you are based in East London you should try Bespoke in Ware. I work in Mile End and it only takes a little over half an hour to reach them but more important to me is that they have always looked after my TVRs over the years. They also have some sort of open day in the next few weeks where there will be loads of owners of loads of different models. No affiliation by the way just a happy, long time customer.
