Farinheira - where to buy

One of my Portugeuse colleagues gave me some of this and wow its yummy (with cod wrapped in pancetta, oven baked, a few cherry toms etc)

Any idea where to buy and also a receipe for it to make at home?

Maybe worth giving them a call, as they probably supply quite a few places in the UK and can most likely tell you where you can get it.
