What would you recommend for polishing plastic lenses (i.e. brake/indicator lenses?. Mine have a milky appearance that isn't shifted with shampoo alone.

Similarly I have some chrome trimming that looks milky, I'm guessing because the plastic covering has gone off.

I tend to use Autoglym or Meguiars products.

Thanks

Answer seems to be Bumper Care ( on first tria).

The "chrome" trim I think is a different problem in that the marking is under the clear plastic that covers the chrome finish.

Wet sand it with a very fine grade paper (2500/3000) then polish it up with a RO machine.

I had a go on some headlight lenses recently and was amazed at how well it came up.
