Cortina diff/axle wanted or capri (54")

Hi All, There MUST be somebody who has a cortina mk2/3/ or 4 or Capri axle laying around in their kitchen or garage that I could have? My 'kitcar-not-a-kit's ' diff has failed due to previous monkey not shimming it correctly!
Am now stuck for the thick pinion shaft spacers (have some thin shims)or, to find the guts from same (Koln type) or, get another one and get the suspension bracket re-welded on.
54" is fine but can go to 56" as have 1" spacers and wide arches.
Must be Ford for wheel bolt hole pcd's etc.
Glad of any pointers.
