I'm looking at moving roles soon from where I am in Birmingham, ideally down to London for work and knowing there are alot of people within the IT industry/recruitment on here, if anyone has a role that may be suitable for me please get in touch. My background involves doing Incident & Problem Management, Service Desk and other various roles within an ITIL enviroment, including a team leader role.

On a side note, there seems to be a lack of roles within that field compared to say 6 month's ago? I'd like to get involved in more Project based work (Prince2 foundation qualified and studying to re-sit Practitioner) and again seems like a lack of junior/entry level roles.

Anyone who is interested in viewing my CV please be in touch via message, I've been applying for roles last two weeks and get a few phone calls but was expecting more of a response if I'm honest than what I have received. Having read the other thread on here I'll be reviewing my CV and make some adjustments where required.

Thanks for reading

Maybe also consider applying for a job with the software vendors who build service desks. They are always looking for pre and post sales consultants who have a practical knowledge of such things.

Try BMC, CA, Service-now, HP etc.

Those jobs will most likely pay double as well.
