Speeding, but who gets the ticket?

Enjoyed power and passion last week, got a speeding ticket today,You were right Big M and julia!!!!
We are not going to say who was driving at the time of the offence. as only a few know..nudge nudge wink wink!!!51 in a 40 limit,and i was the one with the Road Angel, but was charging up the phone at the time,(Twat or what?).
So can anyone tell me where we stand as far as who gets the points and fine?

I guess you will have to ask for the foto. If you are lucky, you will be able to tell from that. Because it would be terrible to have forgotten who was the murdering speeder, eh?

If you are the Reg Keeper then they will be after you to name the driver.Not declaring who could lead them to pushing it to a Court and a charge of failing to name,unless you can convince them that you cannot remember who was driving. Getting harder this aspect as it has been flogged to death and beaks getting wiser and wiser, to the detriment of the legitimate claimant.

Big fine if they don't believe you and 3 points to boot.
