Cookies tag/banner thingummy

For the first time ever on PH I've got the text of a "we use cookies" thingummy on the top of the page. Problem is that the bit where I'm assuming the "click to agree" button should be is covered by the adverts.

So I can't click to agree to having your cookies - ever.

Take your cookies damn you and eat them yourselves!
