Another ad issue

Come across a few of these lately. Ads along the side of the page covering over text. Latest one as shown below.



Becoming a bit more frequent now.

I use Google chrome with the adblock plugin when on my PC so its not a problem wink

However, I've seen that very ad on my tablet because adblock isnt available frown

That isn't an ad being served by us. Are you sure you don't have some sort of spammy software on your machine?

Please don't use adblock - we fund the site using ads, even if you don't click on them.

Hmmm...

Could it be because Australian, like the annoying roll over ad from a few weeks back? I just ran a full Kapersky scan and no issues at all.

Ah yes, that's entirely possible, apologies - hadn't picked up on the fact that you're out of the UK.

OK, I'll ask our Ad ops team to check the rules on overseas served ads. They shouldn't be any different to ours here, but evidently are.

On that note, I am still getting the oversized ad across the top. Not an issue as all it blocks is part of the Pistonheads banner rather than any clickable links, but could be related. I'm not in blighty either.
