Wheel nuts for my mr2...

I just got std 15" alloys wheels with good tyres. I got those tapered wheel nuts. i cannot find std wheel nuts on ebay, they are all tapered, std wheel has flat surface, not tapered down in the bore.

What wheel nuts i should use?

Options include getting yourself down to a scrapyard or posting up on one of the owners clubs. Took me quite a while to track down a complete set.

Ask on one of the forums, I had the same dilemma last year. Having trudged around many a scrapyard, all I had for my troubles was a single wheel nut from an FTO. There are plenty of owners out there with standard nuts available to a good home.

standard wheel nuts on an mr2 are flat seated wheel nuts.

The long nuts are hard to find, but the short ones fit just fine.
