How much is my Defender worth?

Hello,

Im going to stick the old girl up for sale next month but I'm having trouble trying to compare with others for sale to guage what it's worth.

Stats are:

1994 300tdi 90 station wagon
60k from new
1 prev owner.
full service history
all the belts were changed last year
Cosmetics bit scratched and a few dents, some alloy corrosion on door.
Chassis and buldhead are solid
1 year tax and MOT

All depends on condition. The severity of the corrosion you mention is in the eye of the beholder, but based on the spec you've listed I'd guess around £6k, maybe more as Defender Doomsday edges ever closer.

Having just bought a 300tdi defender, a solid chassis is a rarity and adds significant value. It's also low mileage so I'd put a value around £7500 plus.

Obviously based on the assumption that its as you described but the tdis are becoming quite sought after

Put it this way, I looked at loads around the £8500 mark and they were all rubbish.
If its a genuine county station wagen and not just a converted van, it's worth more than you think.
