relay? hanging down over right knee

Recently noticed the above - what is it and where should it go!?

Indicator flasher unit probably. Hold it between your fingers and switch the indicators on. If it is the flasher unit you'll feel, and hear, it clicking. Stick it back up where it's droped out of.

anywhere it will wedge or tie up with a tie wrap.

Don't expect a proper clip or bracket!
