A/C starts off cold then blows warm

First really warm day of the year and my v8 vantage has started doing this, The a/c starts off cold and within 5-10 minutes the air is coming out luke warm. I turn the car off for 5 minutes and start off again and it start’s off cold and then it starts blow warm air again. Has anybody experienced this before?
