Jaguar XJS V12 Coupe

On a whim (and with almost no research) I decided to purchase a 1987 XJS V12 Coupe:
I seem to have been lucky and bought one in very good condition with a genuine 61k miles on the clock. The sills, arches and bodywork are in excellent condition with only a few minor spots of rust that need attended. Given the almost catastrophic reputation of these for rusting I'm very pleased!
The engine is a 5.3l V12 producing 300PS (295 bhp) through a GM 3 speed auto. This is a 1987 (1988MY) car which is among the last before the ABS (and then facelifted) cars. Drives very nicely indeed, feels effortless although not fast by modern standards due to only a 3 speed auto. I've driven ~400 miles so far, achieving 20mpg on a motorway cruise, less in town!
I'll try and get some pictures of the interior up, but it has leather everywhere, walnut dashboard, and lots of equipment including electric windows, cruise control, heated/lumbar seats, aircon etc.

The slushbox suits the luxury character of the car/engine if I'm honest. A 5 speed converted V12 however would I'm sure make it quite a bit quicker and lots of fun!
Love these although I'm not sure about the chrome windscreen surround. Was that a standard feature on some?
Black on black wheels works really well, makes it seem sort of evil, like the sort of car used as a getaway car after a heist or something! Get a video up of the V12 rumble as well pleeeeeease!?

Many years ago I drove someone from Sheffield to Brighton, walked around an exhibition, drove back and dropped this person at Stamford whilst I carried on to Sheffield.
It was so easy and I didn't have any aches or pains. Mind you I was glad that I wasn't paying for the fuel!
When I was on my own in the car I found out that what is a bend on the A1 at 70 is much more challenging at an indicated 150! Leptons of course!
