Recommend me a good coffee grinder please...

It won't change the yield much, but you should certainly notice the improvement in quality. You want a burr grinder rather than a "chopper" so something like this is ideal for your budget http://www.johnlewis.com/dualit-burr-coffee-grinde...
I have used one for several years. They are well built and very effective. Buy decent beans form the likes of http://www.monmouthcoffee.co.uk/ or http://www.hasbean.co.uk/ and grind them fresh to the right fineness for the method you use to make the coffee and you won't believe the difference from pre ground.

I have a Dualit toaster and am very impressed with the quality of it, I'd imagine that grinder would be similar. I have used one for several years. They are well built and very effective.
