Some project ideas for the next 18 months
Discussion
The following is a list of potential projects I will be looking at over the next 18 months that might be of interest to folks.
I'm only putting this information up if others are also interested in picking up the modification as well. If so, then I will
keep those people informed of cost & design so they can decide if they want to go ahead or not with the same change.
in them.
Cheers

- Aluminium vents - in progress - lots of people interested. Some costs and examples will be put up soon.
- New wing mirror design (CF, sleeker, with possible power fold and indicator functions)
- New front light cluster mods (some already presented at Concept Performance)
- Rear multi-function LED (already available from Concept Performance)
- CF undercover for the drivers side (a cover to hide/protect all the wiring and sh*t) that is under the dash
in them.
Cheers
Alex,
new mirrors would be a nice touch. I think the originals really let the outside of the car down and wish I'd done something while mine was apart. It's going to take a bit more care and effort now it's all painted and assembled.
Was thinking about your shift lights. Not sure how effective the ring dial lighting would be, how about a front light, aiming from the dash pod back to the gauges, which as their silver, would light them up nicely, and with the right LED, even bright during the daylight.

Hi Chris
Cheers! Interesting alternative. I'll look at that option as well if the other one becomes too much. I'll post some prices for the other option once fully costed.
Re: mirrors. Yes, they do look pretty crude and chunky. Found a few alternative possibilities I might consider as an alternative, but looking at this project next year now.
