Best Sat nav for lorry drivers?

This is most likely to have been asked before and I admit i didn't use the search function...

Does anyone recommend a good sat nav for a trucker doing A and B road routes (mostly villages and towns and out in the sticks) where you can input lorry weight, height and width so the nav can give you safe routes only?

Had a quick browse on the web and they all looked around £200, just wondering if anyone has any experience of good makes or indeed cheaper ones?
