Spotted the spy shots in CAR and it looks great.
They say late 2005 for the release. Is this date reliable or are ther likely to be endless delays?
Are OPCs taking orders for the Coupe now and if so, what sort of deposit is required?
One final thing, are there likely to be issues with the early releases and if so, would it be better to wait 12months for these to be ironed out?
Thanks.

I gave my local OPC a letter of intention for a Boxster Coupe Club Sport, should they ever make one. Obviously that isn't the same as ordering one, you can only give a LOI at the moment.
It is a certainty they will make the Coupe, if not a Club Sport. The new Boxster convertible is due out this November (or maybe a bit later) and the Coupe should arrive a year later. My OPC agrees with this, one of the salesman has his name down for a Coupe.
In terms of reliability, I wouldn't have any problems ordering an early version. It won't be much different to the soft top and so any problems should have been ironed out already on the convertible car.
