Can anyone think of a sushi place near St Martin's Lane? Bit tight for time tonight, so that'd be perfect. Can't see anything that close on Google Maps!.

Not been there.

But Kulu Kulu on Shelton st ain't far and is good for "conveyor belt" places.

Or try Abeno Too - not sushi but Okonmyaki. Very different.

This is my haunt - apologies for not spotting the thread earlier!

That kyashii place closed months ago and it looked terrible anyway, definitely not authentic Japanese.

Around the rest of the immediate St Martin's Lane area there are only 'lunch sushi' places, you know the type; a selection of maki in a plastic container.

Kulu Kulu I've heard many good things but I've never actually dined there myself.

Sorry this has missed your deadline, but this is not only the best sushi in the area, but in my view, the best in London.

Thanks all.

Ended up in Yo Sushi on Haymarket, as it was the only one I could think of.

Was fine for a flying visit, but I'll investigate other options for next time.
