Anyone else go to Brands yesterday???

Only saw 4 TVR's in the paddock carpark at Brands yesterday, and I was with one of them !! Anyone else show up??.......

We were going to go I even phoned Brands twice and both times the dozy bint couldn't tell us if there was TVR parking nor could they tell us if we could buy tickets to get in the paddock.
Was bu$$ered if I was going to do a 4 hour round trip and not get the tickets I wanted!

The TVR parking at Brands seems to have fallen by the wayside. Was it the local region that organised it? It hasn't been done properly for some time now sadly.

Paddock access is nearly always available at Brands.

Roop and Myself were there cheering on his Dad. We were wandering around the paddock but mostly sat infront of Car 12 right by Giles Coopers Tamora T444 ORA.

Only saw Ted and the blonde girl though.

Gaffer, I was working on Rob's car over at TopCats just round from Giles' Tamora - didn't see the Green Monster 4x4 so didn't realise you were there

LOL.....no we were in the Speed Machine (Roops Golf GTi) and had to park out with all the commoners

According to the Guys on the gate no-one from TVRCC had organised parking so they were forcing people to go onto the South Bank. It seems to me that mobody from TVRCC is organising parking anymore as this seems to be a regular occurence. Also there are no notifications in sprint any more. The whole events thing seems to have gone down hill rapidly this year. Even at Castle Coombe last week the orgainsed parking was inadequate for the number of cars and this was a "mania" event. The worst thing is that it seems to be affecting turnout, at the last Silverstone meet there were only 5 TVR's present - worst I have ever seen.
