River Cottage Cook Book - Elder flower champagne

Afternoon all,

I wonder if someone could possibly help me?

the majority of my cookbooks are in storage at the moment because of moving. I am sure that in the River Cottage Cook Book there is a good recipe for Elder flower champagne. If someone has this book could they send me over the recipe as that one worked very well when I made some a few years ago!
