16" 147/156 teledial wheels
Discussion
I have got 4 16" telles off a 156 sat in my cellar, they all need a refurb, one has a tyre on, you can have em for free if you want to come and get them. J26 off the M62 Bradford.
All ran fine and straight for a few thousand miles on my old 156 but then i replaced them with a perfect set from a late car as they were the only thing that let the outside of the car down.
PM me if you want them, i need to get rid.

Big Boz, very kind, that would have been awesome (last weekend). Is that a pic of one of your dodgy ones?
Thanks guys, my wifes car came with 17" "selespeed" wheels (despite not actually being a selespeed):

I believe they may also be referred to as "sport" wheels but not 100% about that. One cracked the winter before last and we couldn't find one for love nor money so we replaced with 16" teledials all round which actually made the ride a lot more bearable but don't look as good (IMO):

Apologies for the crap pics.
Earlier this winter I broke one of the teledials in a pot hole and they were much easier to come by, so replaced like for like. Last Friday my wife had to take avoiding action to avoid a car which came round the corner on the wrong side of the road on a lane near us and dropped two wheels off the edge of the road and into a big hole. Bye bye two more teledials, but a lot better than bye bye car which could have been the other outcome.
We managed to pick up two more teledials off a chap on ebay last Saturday so was all sorted and the car could be used again this week which is why we needed them quickly. They are tatty but we might get them all refurbed. If we can find a cheap 17" we might still buy it and have summer and winter tyre options.
