Loose steering wheel!

Hi there,

Was out last night and noticed that the steering wheel had movement in all directions, so nursed her home pushing wheel onto the steering column.

Today I removed the horn push and found the allen headed bolt has worked loose!

Has this happened to anyone / been heard of before?

I have inspected thread (ok) and applied loctite before tightening.

Just a bit concerned incase it happens again or to anyone else!
