Me and a mate have signed up for The Great Rally in July, a 7 day road trip around Europe, anyone else going?
Or has anyone done a similar road trip and have any words of wisdom? What essential parts should I take?
Have a throttle repair kit, will get all the necessary bulbs/fuses, what else should I be thinking of?

Going to try and get a dashboard cam for the trip, hopefully will get some good shots which will be posted in here

Looks like an epic trip.
Take sun cream and a healthy credit card for fuel!
If you know the car and use it regularly you'll presumably know of any weaknesses, fuses blowing etc, the only thing to add to your list would be tyre compound and the breathaliser kit the Stupid French seem to think you need!
Oh and European breakdown cover for peace of mind.
Enjoy and post pics on return smile

Cheers, will certainly be putting up plenty of pics/vids, hopefully can do it as we go along.

Just about to get the car back after a 4 month (!) stopover for a full engine rebuild.

Cant wait to take it out for a few pre-trip warm up drives...

You need to take a few days off to get it run-in and 1000 mile service before you go smile .
