Steamed Food anybody?....

I'm thinking about being healthy more and more.. and I love dim sum, so I thought I would invest in a steamer that would enable me to indulge in such.
Here lies the perils of shopping on the web!.. I thought get a big steamer, not the small bamboo numbers that I aready have, I wanted something I could get a big fish in... Chinese online supermarket order a big steamer easy.
Then it showed up.. Dwarfs my Mrs.. in the picture online it looked a lot smaller than it actually was..
It doesn't even fit on my Aga!
In the end I had to order another smaller one.. 35cm and the big one is now sitting in the shed awaiting another day..
So I steamed cod fillets, with a sauce made of Lemongrass, Ginger, Chilli's, Garlic with a hint of soya and lime balanced with some sugar, Served with Chinese Water Spinach.. I forgot the coriander to dress it.. but it was yum..
Now apart from all types of fish..obviously dim sum, maybe some chicken?..
Anyone else got any more ideas for steamed food ?

you sure you didn't order that from a home brew site?tea looks nice though

Good thinking on the soil sifting.. My wife Sarah will like that, she is a very keen gardener.. Stock pot probably not, its that really lightweight Alzheimer's inducing aluminium.. I think its probably better to use as a plant pot!.
