Best speakers for hallway and kitchen?
Discussion
In my living room I'm running a Pioneer VSX-922-K amplifier http://www.whathifi.com/review/pioneer-vsx-922
It is linked to some Boston Acoustics Soundware XS5.1SE speakers http://www.whathifi.com/review/boston-acoustics-so....
The amplifier has a zone two which I'm planning to use to power two extra speakers - one in the hallway and one in the kitchen which is directly next to the hallway. Although I could buy the Soundware 7.1 speakers I want to ensure that the two speakers I buy have as much bass as possible given that the subwoofer is in the living room and so some of the bass will be lost when listening in the kitchen or hallway.
Does anybody have any recommendations for a couple of speakers that I could use that would be similar in price and size to the Soundware speakers but pack a lot of bass?

Far too big and ugly for my liking.
