2003 Range Rover Door Mirror Covers

Morning Ladies and Gents

I'm trying to source a pair (L & R) of chrome door mirror trims for a 2003 range rover, I understand that the only ones that fit only cap the top half of the actual mirror, rather than the whole mirror, which appears to be the case for 2005 models onwards

any help or assistance in pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated
