I've had a quote from someone to build a replica of the roush system in titanium for £2160 including VAT. Sounds great but is titanium good for the heat and associated problems like cracking that happens. The other firm I've been speaking too about building a new system tend to steer clear of titanium because of some issues they have experienced in the past.

What's your thoughts or experiences with titanium exhausts?

I think I'll probably stick with stainless and go for some changes to make it lighter but thought I'd share this anyway out of curiosity.

I got Alanox to quote a few years ago, the wanted £40000, so your price is very good, the other people to try are RS Fabrications, they are very good and used to working in titanium so know all the pitfalls
