How to negotiate final salary
Discussion
I have got a job offer but don’t know how to negotiate it.
Agent knew about my other offer so he came back with 3k less but with 15% bonus (out of which 3% depends on personal performance) to match my other offer.
I have already asked the HR department if there is any flexibility available on the final salary and he has clearly mentioned that their total package value is more than my current remuneration and also equal to my other offer.
Agent has asked me not to accept the other offer until I discussed with him first because he wants to hear what other company has to offer.
Personally I am willing to accept the offer but I am just wondering if I should go back and negotiate the salary.
What If I tell the agent that I am going to accept the other role and then he goes back to the client and they don’t raise the offer? It would look awkward to accept the offer after that? May be they can withdraw the offer?
Or I can simply tell the agent that I am going to accept the other offer because pay is better and there is no traveling involved.
Any advise please.

IME never count on actually receiving a bonus. It's the cash that you need to look at, I've seen convoluted bonus schemes previously which meant you would only get a bonus once in a millennium, but then also sometimes I've been surprised and got more than I should have.
Remember the agent is not your friend, he is not trying to get the best job for you, he is just trying to earn his fee.

I spoke to agent and told him that I am going to accept the other offer as their salary package is better. He asked me if they offer you little more then would you reconsider it.
He came back to me later saying that his agency is going to offer me little more (1k) as a goodwill gesture. They will pay me half the money in first 3 months and rest after that in case if I leave the job in first three months.
Client doesn’t know about it.
He did accept his fault that he didn’t describe me the whole salary package in detail.
I am really fed up with the agents in recruitment agency.
I feel like sending email to Hiring manager and telling him what is happening and I am going to walk away from this role even though I like this job.

Do this. As above, the agent is not your friend so ignore them completely. When you contact the hiring manager, be totally up-front and say that the current offer isn't competitive, but you like the job and you will join for £x. Either they'll take you up, or they won't.
However...
1) Don't do this unless you're prepared to actually walk away if they call your bluff, and
2) Be true to your word and join up if they do meet your request
Sorry ? The Agent is offering you a £1k bribe to accept the offer. Run.Away, that is totally crazy and desperate.
I would call the company who have made the offer, say to them you feel like you are in an awkward situation and you aren't totally sure you are getting straight answers from the Rec Agent.
Ask them to confirm the offer and bonus to you (verbally) then if you want the job but at a higher price point simply say, I really like the job and the company and I think the prospects are excellent. If you are prepared to offer me THIS MUCH then I will be delighted to accept.
If they say they won't then you must decide which job.
Don't trust this agent, sounds like he'd sell his grandmother for a schilling.

Agents will tell you anything to get you to sign
