Commander Chris Hadfield performs David Bowie's classic in the International Space Station.

Quite cool.

Yes, he was a ukulele man.

I think Bowie will be turning in his grave.

Quite a few astronauts are musical. There is some footage of a chap playing a sax on the ISS as well.
Back in the 1970s, the Russians often loaded guitars in their Progress supply crafts for the cosmonauts in the Salyut space stations.

You've got me wondering now if it's possible to use a saxophone as a jet pack and do a tour of the ISS whilst playing Baker Street biggrin

In space, nobody can hear you play.

Curse your disrespect for your back catalogue Mr Bowie!

Thing is, "Space Oddity" wasn't about spacemen, it was supposedly all about alienation and detachment from the real world...I think.
