Pre-build shopping list - Recomendation on quantities

Car not due until Auguest but figured I may as well shop for things I'm going to need ahead of time.

Any advice on quantities of the following would be appreciated as I've no idea how much I'll require:

1) Loctite 243 - comes in 10ml or 50ml - I'm assuming 50ml will be needed?
2) Copper Slip - Caterham recommend Comma Copper Ease, any other choices that might be better - again how much?
3) Dinitrol 3125 Cavity wax - 3 cans of the spray on variety enough?
4) Protective tape - Manual suggests both masking and Duct tape. How many roles of each?
5) Holts Rubber Lubricant - I'm assuming not much is required?
6) Adhesive for the carpeted interior - any recommendations? Manual doesn't suggest any particular type
7) A tap for chasis threads - I assume I'll need several of these, what sizes?

Think thats about it for the moment, but I'm sure there will be more later!

I was given a set of Draper Ratcheting Spanners http://www.drapertoolbox.co.uk/draper-31991-5-piec... and now utterly swear by them for getting into tight spaces. They're not that dear, but boy oh boy do I love them and they save me carrying a number of alternatives!!!

Personally I would get ratchet spanners with flexible heads, enables you to tighten so many more fasteners! You can also get open ended ones now...

One can of Dinitrol cavity wax will be do the job if you are only spraying between the chassis and panels. They last quite a long time, it's the underseal ones I always run out of, especially if it's cold as it comes out thicker. E.g. one can will do one Land Rover wheel arch although it's a BIG wheel arch! Rejel.com are the guys to go to, they sell their own branded Dinitrol now same stuff just with their name on it. I can drop off a couple of cans with Callum or if your ever in the area, have loads in stock FREE

I bought a whole tub of copper grease for a Land Rover ground up re-build, only used a fraction of it, so just a tube will be plenty or again can let you have some.

Insuring a build is always a consideration, quite a few projects go missing each year...

it, it goes a long way)
3) Dinitrol 3125 Cavity wax - 3 cans of the spray on variety enough? - 2 probably enough maybe 1 I also bought some acf50 much less messy and
good for open areas like the inside skin of engine bay
4) Protective tape - Manual suggests both masking and Duct tape. How many roles of each? - 1 big roll of low tack masking if you are also going to use
cardboard or bubble wrap and 1 duct tape but have only used very little of that
5) Holts Rubber Lubricant - I'm assuming not much is required? - 1 spray can
6) Adhesive for the carpeted interior - any recommendations? Manual doesn't suggest any particular type - cant help havent got carpets
7) A tap for chasis threads - I assume I'll need several of these, what sizes? - clarke 33 piece set with both metric and unf but sofar hardly used it

Lots of tea and biscuits. You can't surely be thinking of attempting this without tea and biscuits?

I'd recommend a mix of Digestives, Hob Nobs and of course Rich Tea.

A word of warning with duct tape, I used it to tie my rigging around my cream powder coated mast once. When I pulled it off it took off half the powder coating I should have used electricians tape... it won't peel off you new paint job!
