Hi,
Has anyone seen or driven a new E63 yet?
Has anyone with an order in been given a confirmed delivery date?

I was quoted September delivery by a leasing company.

I've yet to see one in the metal. Love what they've done with the rear end, love the new stats on the "S", but not sure if I can get over the Hyundai-esque front end, which seems at odds with the rest of the car's more angular design. My wife thinks my 2010 E63 is starting to look dated (I disagree) and how the new model looks in the metal will be the deciding factor in whether I keep mine for another 4 years.

Hopefully it isn't like the new SL63 (looks like a dog in photos, great in real life) and I can be fiscally responsible for once......

It looks a bit better with the traditional grille available in other markets:

That's not an E63 though, is it? Personally I prefer the more modern look of the new grill.

Mine is being quoted as June delivery still, but was wondering if anyone was getting theirs sooner. That's for an estate, by the way, not a saloon.

My dealer has their demo car on the way. It's currently sat in Zeebrugga by all accounts. Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh.

Hi Jack

I am still being quoted late July for my estate and I've not seen any on the roads yet.
On the merc used website they have one or two saloons (http://used.mercedes-benz.co.uk/used/2013/mercedes-benz/e63-amg/2013-mercedes-benz-e63-amg-norwich-for-sale-ao13kwk) and I am meaning to go to Brooklands MB world to see if they have any. It looks like you'll have one of the first in the country.

Surprised to see them up for sale on the used database already. They do look very nice though.

Yes, still haven't heard of anyone taking delivery of an estate any earlier than mine. Can't wait!

each to their own, but one of the reasons why i feel comfortable driving my '10 E63 estate (debadged) is because is so visually discreet. i don't want a car to make a statement, quite the opposite, i don't wish to attract attention. the pre-facelift car with the trad grille is my preference, the fact the new one is only available in the UK with a shouty sporty face just does not appeal to me, so i'll keep my current car which feels built to last anyway. can't see myself getting bored with 525ps and super sideways skids in the family wagon anyway.

Probably just demo cars being advertised before they are actually available....

Sorry, only that one. Should have mine in a few weeks so I'll post up a load of pics then. Mine will be an estate though, I'm afraid.

Don't be afraid, if I could justify the running costs, along with the Cerb, i'd have exactly the same.
