Hi Guys,

As anyone bought any issues ? Is it a good magazine? Is it read by all of you already?

Thanks,

Eduardo.

I'm supposed to be a subscriber but haven't seen a copy for months. I can't complain because they don't charge a cover price. Quality is a bit patchy. They have some good articles from Mark Hales, Jim Cameron, and technical stuff. I'd buy a subscription if they turned it into a regular publication.

You used to be able to subscribe for free on line - I really like it, a good read in my opinion.

I found it a bit boring TBH, with too many of the articles going too deep into technical babble... too easy to lose interest... But, was OK seeing as it was FOC. I have not seen a copy for a couple of months either though.

TrackDriver is 6 issues a year, the current issue is 15 and the electronic version of it is here;

http://ezine.trackdriver.com/TD15/#/1/

16 is in production now for the end of the month.

The free sub limit for the paper copy was reached a while ago so currently new subscribers are electronic (either the ezine above or the TrackDriver Editions App in the iStore) or paid paper subs.

The content is intentionally in depth, not to everyones taste but there you go.

Thank you for info Stacy.

The covers do look good. I will be in touch.

Would love to have a look at an issue.

Will give you a call soon.

Thanks.

Eduardo.

No worries. Don't call me if you want anything useful though, I don't have much to do with it day to day anymore - day job ensures that. Keep an eye on the database and web at weekends, write stuff, that's about it.

Two things worth saying; electronic subscriptions are still free and will remain so. Paper free subs get emailed periodically to resubscribe, if they don't the subs stop - hence why some stop getting it.

Any views on content, just email the editor at the domain dot com. (That should get through the web crawlers right? :-)) - It's trying to be of interest to Track Day drivers as well as racers so let them know..

And all the better for it - there's enough dumbing down goes on elsewhere, it's nice to read something that treats us like adults, not teenage boys....
